Size: the coveralls measure 42 around at the armpits i. 21" pit to pit, 36" around at the waist i. 18" measured flat across, and 47" around at the hips i.23.5 across measured at the base of the fly. Front rise from bottom waist seam to crotch seam is 13.5"; center back neck seam to top waist seam is 17.25".
The back shoulders measure 18.5" wide seam to seam, and the sleeves measure 24.75" from shoulder seam to cuff. Full length of the garment from shoulder to bottom hem is 63. Labeled a vintage size 40, please refer to the aforementioned actual measurements and compare to the measurements of a similar garment in your closet to best gauge fit. Condition: beautifully beaten with stains throughout (some pictured, especially at inner leg and back side flank) and light distress to the chain stitching (pictured).The twill fabric is still very rigid; the coveralls were given a brief cold water hand wash to remove surface dirt, but no attempts were made to remove stains.
